Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Legal Dastavez, we aim to provide clear and transparent information regarding the fees paid for our services and the circumstances in which a refund may be available.

This Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances under which Legal Dastavez may refund the service fees paid by a customer.

By purchasing a service through Legal Dastavez, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Scope of Refunds

Refunds are not generally available for every service or in every circumstance. A refund of the applicable Legal Dastavez service fee may be considered only in the specific situations expressly mentioned in this Refund Policy.

Where a refund is approved under this Policy, the refund will generally relate only to the fees actually paid to Legal Dastavez for the applicable service.

Government fees, statutory charges, filing fees, taxes, third-party charges, payment gateway charges or other amounts paid to external authorities or service providers are not included in such refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. GST Registration

A refund of the applicable service fee may be considered where there is a problem specifically relating to the GST registration service and the GST registration cannot be successfully completed due to circumstances attributable to the service process handled by Legal Dastavez.

Any refund under this section will be limited to the eligible service fee paid to Legal Dastavez for the GST registration service.

Government fees, statutory charges, professional or third-party charges, taxes or other amounts paid to external authorities or service providers will not be refunded by Legal Dastavez.

A refund will not ordinarily be available where registration cannot be completed due to incorrect, incomplete, misleading or inconsistent information or documents provided by the customer.

4. MSME Udyam Registration

A refund of the applicable service fee may be considered if the MSME Udyam Registration cannot be successfully completed due to a problem relating to the registration service handled by Legal Dastavez.

Where the applicable conditions for a refund are satisfied, only the eligible service fee paid to Legal Dastavez may be refunded.

Any government fee, statutory charge, tax, third-party charge or other amount already paid to an external authority or service provider will not be refunded by Legal Dastavez.

Refunds will not ordinarily apply where registration cannot be completed because of inaccurate, incomplete, invalid or misleading information or documents provided by the customer.

5. UAE Visa & Business Registration

For UAE visa and business registration services, a refund of the applicable Legal Dastavez service fee may be considered where the requested service cannot be successfully completed due to a problem attributable to the service process handled by Legal Dastavez or the relevant service arrangement.

Any refund approved under this section will be limited to the eligible fees paid directly to Legal Dastavez for the relevant service.

Government fees, visa fees, immigration charges, licensing fees, registration charges, authority fees, taxes, third-party charges and other statutory or external costs will not be refunded by Legal Dastavez.

Where a visa, business registration, licence or other application is rejected or delayed by a government authority, immigration authority, free zone, licensing authority or other competent body, such decision will not automatically make government or statutory fees refundable.

6. Government & Statutory Fees

Government fees and statutory charges are separate from the service fees charged by Legal Dastavez unless expressly stated otherwise.

Such amounts may include government filing fees, registration fees, visa fees, immigration charges, licensing fees, statutory charges, stamp duties, taxes or other amounts payable to government authorities or external service providers.

Government and statutory fees will not be refunded by Legal Dastavez under this Refund Policy, including where the relevant application, registration or service is rejected, delayed or otherwise not completed by the relevant authority.

Any refund that may be approved under this Policy applies only to the eligible fees actually paid to Legal Dastavez and does not extend to government or statutory amounts.

7. Non-Refundable Amounts

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law, the following amounts are not refundable by Legal Dastavez:

Government and statutory fees, government filing charges, visa and immigration fees, licensing fees, registration fees, taxes, third-party charges and other amounts paid to external authorities or service providers.

Amounts may also be non-refundable where work has already been completed or where the service could not be completed due to inaccurate, incomplete, invalid or misleading information or documents supplied by the customer.

8. Refund Process

Customers seeking a refund should contact Legal Dastavez using the contact details provided on our website and clearly mention the relevant order or service details.

The refund request may be reviewed based on the service purchased, the stage of processing, the reason for the request and the circumstances surrounding the service.

Legal Dastavez may request additional information or documents where reasonably necessary to assess the refund request.

If a refund is approved, only the eligible refundable amount will be processed.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, the eligible amount will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment channel, subject to the processing procedures of the relevant payment provider.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway involved.

Legal Dastavez shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers or other financial institutions.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, genuine and up-to-date information and documents required for their selected service.

Customers must carefully review the information and documents supplied to Legal Dastavez before processing.

A refund will not ordinarily be available where a service cannot be completed because of incorrect, incomplete, invalid, misleading or fraudulent information or documents supplied by the customer.

Customers are also responsible for responding to requests for additional information or documents within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Third-Party & Authority Decisions

Certain services may involve government departments, regulatory authorities, immigration authorities, licensing authorities, free zones, payment providers or other third parties.

Such authorities and third parties may have their own requirements, procedures, timelines and decision-making processes.

A rejection, delay, additional requirement or decision by an external authority does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund of government, statutory or third-party fees.

Where this Refund Policy permits a refund, only the eligible service fee paid to Legal Dastavez may be considered for refund.

Legal Dastavez reserves the right to update, modify or replace this Refund Policy from time to time.

The Refund Policy applicable to a service may be determined by the version in effect at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
